Terms of sale & returns
These terms apply to orders placed on moonlitpages.co.uk. Orders placed on Etsy follow our Etsy shop policies.

Moonlit Pages is a small business based in Doncaster, United Kingdom. Email: info@moonlitpages.co.uk.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe; we never see your full card details. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Your order
After payment you will receive a receipt by email. We print the names and text exactly as you enter them, so please check spelling, capital letters and punctuation before paying. Illustrations are fixed characters chosen from the options shown; they are not portraits.
Personalised items and cancellation
Each book is made to your personal specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation period does not apply to personalised goods once we begin preparing your book. If you email us before production starts, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect books
Your statutory rights are not affected. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will reprint it free of charge or give you a refund. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
Delivery
We prepare your print file within 2–3 working days; UK delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days. Delivery dates are estimates. See delivery & order support.
