Delivery times

UK delivery is included in every book price. Each book is printed to order. For orders placed on this website, we prepare your personalised print file within 2–3 working days, then our UK print partner Prodigi prints and dispatches it. UK delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, so please order early for birthdays and Christmas. We deliver to UK addresses only.

For Etsy orders, the Etsy listing shows the current estimate for your address.

Changes and cancellations

Please check names and dedication text carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email info@moonlitpages.co.uk straight away with your order reference (it starts MP-). We will make the change if production has not started. Because each book is made with your personal details, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not available once production starts. Damage, printing errors or a missing parcel

Email info@moonlitpages.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a free reprint or a refund. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, let us know and we will look into it.

Where your order is managed

Website orders: payment is processed securely by Stripe, and your receipt and order updates come by email. Etsy orders: payment, receipts and messages are handled through Etsy.
