Who we are

Moonlit Pages is a small business based in Doncaster, United Kingdom, and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: info@moonlitpages.co.uk.

Orders placed on this website

When you order, we collect the details you enter in the order form (the names and dedication to print, your book choices and your email address). Stripe collects your name, delivery address and payment details at checkout; we never see your full card number. We use this information only to make, deliver and support your order and to keep the records the law requires.

Order form details are stored with Netlify, which hosts this website. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your book details and delivery address are shared with our print partner Prodigi so it can print and deliver your book. We keep order records for up to six years for accounting purposes, then delete them.

Orders placed on Etsy

Orders and messages sent through Etsy are handled through Etsy and its privacy policy.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, book detail views, occasion filters, checkout starts and completed orders (order value and reference, not your name or address). Analytics is not loaded until you accept. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation in our website configuration.

Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about your browser, device and visits. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser under moonlit-analytics. You can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Decline analytics prevents the website from loading Google Analytics. If you previously accepted, declining also attempts to remove the Analytics cookies set for this website and reloads the page. During checkout we briefly store your order reference in this browser’s session storage so the thank-you page can show it.

Images and external links

Some product images load from Etsy and fonts load from Google Fonts. These services receive the technical information needed to deliver those resources.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@moonlitpages.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
