ABOUT THIS STORY
A little light, a shared Christmas adventure
On Christmas Eve, a robin waits at the garden gate beside a lantern whose star-shaped light has gone dark. The lantern shows the way to the Christmas tree, but tonight it needs a little help. Your child—or up to four children together—sets off to find its missing glow.
The answer is found in small acts of kindness. This gentle, original Christmas story makes room for every named child in the adventure, with a version prepared for one, two, three or four children. Your town or village makes its opening feel a little closer to home.
A keepsake to read together
Choose it for a Christmas Eve box, a sibling gift or a family reading tradition. Add a dedication and who the gift is from to make the first page a message they can return to each Christmas. The book is sold on its own; decorations and other props in styled photographs are not included.
One book, up to four children
There is no extra charge for additional names. Choose the number of children when ordering and provide their names in your preferred order. The price changes only with the printed format. It is a paper-page storybook to enjoy with a grown-up, rather than a board book.
What comes with your order?
One personalised printed book with 24 interior pages, a front and back cover, the selected children’s names, your town or village, a gift-giver line and your dedication. Select A5 softcover, 21 cm square softcover, 21 cm square hardcover or 29.4 cm square hardcover.
Before you order
Please check every name and your dedication carefully. Use DEFAULT if you would like our standard dedication. Personalisation uses the text you supply, so spelling matters. No child photograph is needed, and there is no PDF edition of this book.
